YOKOHAMA & JUMA AL MAJID GROUP LAUNCH GEOLANDAR G056 & G055 TYRES IN THE UAE
United Arab Emirates, 29th November 2016 – Juma Al Majid Group – Tyres and Batteries Division is the exclusive distributor for flagship brand, Yokohama in the UAE.
Today Juma Al Majid Group – Tyres and Batteries Division announced that it is expanding the already popular GEOLANDAR series. The launch of the all-new Yokohama GEOLANDAR G056 and G055, will provide the perfect tyres for highway applications, with outstanding and durable tread life for 4×4’s, SUVs and crossovers. Yokohama’s Advanced All-Season Compound Technology greatly extends tread life whilst enhancing all-weather traction. The adaptive shoulder blocks also form a continuous rib to help reduce tread noise.
An evolution of a long-time consumer favourite, the Yokohama GEOLANDAR series features a multi-combination tyre compound, including Yokohama’s patented Orange Oil technology, that enhances wet traction, provides better fuel efficiency and improves tread life by up to 21% compared to the previous model, the GEOLANDAR HT/S G051, which it replaces.

During our campaign we had checked around 15 vehicles and taken down all the technical details and provided the drivers with advice booklets. The training team memebers educated the drivers and fleet incharge regarding the importance of correct inflation pressures and tyre rotation which was appreciated by them.
